Name of Post : Assistant Manager (HR)
Qualification : Full time two year MBA (HR) / MSW or MA (PM&IR) / Post Graduate Diploma in HR / PM&IR from a Recognized University / Institute.
Post qualification experience spanning from 4 to 12 years in a generalist / specialist profile in the domains of Human Resource Development, Employee Relations (with due exposure to legal aspects of employment), Compensation and Benefits, HRM, Employee Development & exposure to ERP HR systems would be preferred.
