(a) Person holding analogous post on regular basis or candidate in the pay scale of PB-2 INR 9300-34800/- & GP INR 4200 (pre-revised pay scale of INR 5500-175-9000/-) with 5 years regular service in the Grade
(b) Officers possessing following qualifications : University Degree with Inter ICWA/CA/SAS/LLB/Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/Human Resources Management/Business Administration of 2 Years duration from a reputed institute.
